Who We Are

Our journey began in mainstream schools, supporting them with result based revision sessions for learners who needed additional support in core subjects. Our goal of positively impacting the lives of young people led us into exploring alternative provision, late in 2018.
It was in this niche area of education that we found our long-term purpose for better supporting young people.

From September 2019, we have been developing our programmes, supporting young people at risk of exclusion, across Coventry and Warwickshire to learners in both primary and secondary education. As an organisation, we strive to offer the most beneficial programmes to the schools and to the learners. This was the reason why we expanded our offer in 2022, enabling schools to access our expertise in re-engaging learners in-house, without the requirement for an offsite intervention.

We are aware that the need for alternative methods of engaging and educating young people is widely increasing, and it is our goal to be the organisation that provides the intervention in which schools, parents and learners can be confident of consistent outcomes.

Our innovative programs have helped numerous learners by offering tailored support in academic and personal development. From targeted revision sessions to comprehensive intervention strategies, we address the unique needs of each learner. These programs have successfully re-engaged learners, improved academic performance, and reduced exclusion rates, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
